A Letter From the Editor-In-Chief
As the crisp autumn air settles in, we find ourselves in the exhilarating yet challenging first month of a new school year. The halls are buzzing with energy as students reconnect with friends. With a blank academic slate and everyone still on the Dean’s List, we start a fresh, new academic journey. There’s an undeniable thrill in beginning anew, and this year brings exciting additions to our community.
New faces like Ms. Zhang, who teaches Mandarin, and Ms. Albrecht, teaching Western Civilization and AP European History, are already making an impact. In addition to teachers, new traditions like Prep’s New Optional Observance gives us a moment of reflection amidst the hustle. You can read more about how these teachers are reshaping our academic experience, and transformations in how we celebrate mass.
As we move further into the year, let’s embrace the new opportunities and challenges that come our way. This first month has set a promising tone, and with a little bit of “Veni, vidi, vici”, there’s no telling how much we’ll achieve before the year’s end.
